Location & No Weekday Morning Classes for Post Thanksgiving until Spring

 

Until March 4th - Word of Life Inn at the Lodge, rt 9, just south of town.

After March 4th - 16 Spruce Lane Schroon Lake, about 1 miles south of town

Classes Continued:  5:30PM Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

                                                               9:00AM Saturday

Starting August 29th, we're combining the evening classes to one 5:30PM class and adding a 5:30PM class on Tuesdays to accommodate all evening folks.

Anyone pre-signed up for evening classes will be notified to email me with their desired sign ups and sign ups will be taken in order of received.

Please note that substitution of an Instructor is usually not announced in advance.

Policy change ... to eliminate confusion we've stopped the first class free for anyone.

For the current time we've suspended the SPIN Light class, however EVERY class is offered at YOUR own pace.
